A host of new products and initiatives are set to be proposed by the brands during the event
Milan, 7th-12th June 2022
San Marino, 3rd May 2022. Colombini Group announces its participation to the 60th edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano 2022, scheduled to take place from the 7th to the 12th of June at Fiera Milano in Rho, with all its brands: Febal Casa, Rossana, Colombini Casa, Bontempi Casa and, for the first time, Colombini Group Contract.
The Group, with a total booth area spanning over 2,700 square metres, will be one of the main exhibitors at the fair, presenting a host of new products and features, also by sharing the key values of the event: quality, innovation, beauty and, now more than ever, sustainability. The Group will also be present at the Fuorisalone collateral event in Milan.
Colombini Group has chosen to stage a strong presence at this year’s Salone del Mobile to signal to the market its confidence in being an industrial operator who supports this important fair for the wood-furnishing industry and the city of Milan.
The exhibition spaces of each individual brand in the Group will be divided between Eurocucina, in Exhibition Hall 11 where Febal Casa and Rossana will be present, and Salone del Mobile in Exhibition Hall 8 with Colombini Casa, Colombini Group Contract and Bontempi Casa.
In detail, the 700-square metre exhibition space of Febal Casa in Hall 11 – D19 E20, will be hosting a complete living project divided into three macro-zones where visitors can let themselves be transported through different settings, from the kitchen to the living and sleeping areas, showcasing a genuine total living solution that uses and enhances the spaces. The many experiences visitors will encounter inside the booth will be extremely immersive, from the curved walls that suggest a fluid path, to the soft and sometimes bold and unexpected colours, and from the alternation of high and low ceilings to the light designed specifically to set the mood. The product range on display will be comprehensive, absolutely on-trend and in line with current market demands: kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, wardrobes and walk-in wardrobes will all feature in complete collections designed to cater for the requirements of the most demanding clientèle. Not to mention the option of creating a tailor-made style, thanks to the modular furniture on offer and a variety of finishes that guarantees ample scope for customisation.
The Rossana booth, which will occupy about 160 square metres in Exhibition Hall 11 – D23 E26, will be developed around the idea of an exhibition space that focuses on the dialogue between material and light. An idea linked to the purity of the natural origins of the material, where the brand’s models will stand out in all their glorious beauty. The designs of the great architects who have left their mark on the history of Rossana will be interpreted and their design content enhanced, confirming the purely material and natural style message that distinguishes the brand. Bringing the material to the project, thrilling those who look at it and even more so those who use it. Perception is fluid because the elements that compose it are balanced in the strength that the material itself contains. The kitchen is civilisation, history and culture. Rossana is beauty, harmony and timeless creativity that leaves its mark.
The Colombini Casa booth, in Exhibition Hall 8 – D23 D27 E22 E26, will be a fluid 820 m2 environment where home spaces will be presented, offering a warm and welcoming overall view. The few partition walls have been replaced by bookcases to allow a greater perception of the spaces which thus prove interconnected. The modularity of the Colombini Casa furniture systems will aim to make people perceive the potential of systems that blend in seamlessly with the architecture of the various environments. The creation of a mood of materials with warm and neutral hues will also make it possible to express three different concepts. Each single environment will be characterised by a colour palette that will also involve accessories and matching furnishing accessories.
In Exhibition Hall 8, A21 – B24 Bontempi Casa will propose several settings in a single space in its 880 m2 booth, showcasing a concept that presents its living spaces in all their essence. The display will be divided into furniture zones linked by the brand’s new visual identity and will show off iconic products with a new matching image and several surprising new features. Everything has been designed so that the atmosphere of the space describes the practical soul, the outstanding quality made in Italy, the research into style, comfort and elegance of the brand, elements that have long been its distinguishing traits. Each space will represent a “home”, with its own style and identity. Ample space will be dedicated to the new Sofas Collection, from modular systems, designed to stand in the middle of the room and accommodate different compositional needs, to linear systems, with soft silhouettes, circular shapes, and rounded profiles to convey an enveloping sensation of comfort, with added accessories useful for relaxing and socialising. The spotlight will be on the many new products and features in the lighting collection, with a range of products in different sizes, suspension or cascade, floor-standing or countertop, with elegant curved or geometric shapes. Ingenia Casa, the young, versatile line of the Bontempi Casa Group, will have a dedicated area inside the exhibition hall with furniture and accessories that effectively combine quality, functionality, innovation, style and energy.
In its 200 m2 booth, Colombini Group Contract, exhibiting for the first time at Salone del Mobile in Exhibition Hall 8 D29 E28, will propose different furniture design solutions for the main reference sectors in which it operates worldwide: residential (built to rent, co-living), Student Housing and Senior Living; Hospitality and Offices. The booth will also host a multimedia space designed to provide an immersive and inspirational experience through augmented reality virtual simulations. Visitors will get the chance to admire the brand’s turnkey projects, new proposals and innovative solutions in a structured and complete itinerary. In particular, with reference to the Housing & Hospitality segment, Colombini Group Contract will present two residential solutions, a 140 m2 one and a 70 m2 one, entirely created with the Febal Casa total look in via Fatebenefratelli in Milan in the same building as the brand’s flagship store.
A host of initiatives by each individual brand will animate the exhibition and Milan Design Week: show cooking sessions with renowned chefs at the Febal Casa and Colombini Casa booths; show cooking and themed workshops at the Febal Casa showroom in Brera; relaxing moments at the Rossana showroom in via Turati 8, meetings and events at the Housing & Hospitality Division apartments of Colombini Group Contract, a fully customised tram fitted out by Febal Casa which, for the duration of the event, will take passengers who choose to board it on an itinerary through the main stages of Milan Design Week in search of new talent, creating many unrepeatable moments peppered with gaming, cocktails and DJ sets. The Febal Casa tram will also become a veritable “destination” also for taking special photos to share on social media.
